A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR/PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE
As a member of the engineering division, you act as the liaison between client, contractor and Schemmer project manager for the duration of the construction project. You’ll use your intimate knowledge and experience to perform construction inspector duties including daily work reports, picture log, quantity measurement and tracking, as-built plans, materials certifications and testing, and closeout documents. You’ll stay engaged on a variety of project assignments include utility construction, structures, roadway construction and general infrastructure projects. Your ability to adapt to changing situations in the field and work well with others makes you a great fit for this position!

ABOUT YOU!
- Knowledge of construction processes, inspection, and plan reading knowledge required
- 5+ years of experience in the construction field
- Good math and computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in sometimes adverse weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
